What counts as a charge request?
A charge request is any transaction call sent through the Orchestra API or SDK, including authorizations, captures, and refunds, no matter which of the 130+ connected providers it routes to.
Do test transactions count toward my limit?
No. Sandbox is a separate test environment with unlimited transactions; no live payments are processed there. Only live requests on Starter or Growth count toward your monthly limit.
Can I add tokenization or 3DS to any tier?
Yes. Tokenization and 3DS can be added to Sandbox, Starter, or Growth as you need them, and Enterprise contracts can include both by default. Talk to our team to scope it against your stack.
What happens when I exceed 100 requests/month on Starter?
New live transactions need Growth ($350/month + $0.03/request) once you pass 100 live requests/month on Starter. Contact us if you want help sizing the right tier for your volume.
Is there a contract or minimum term on Growth?
No. Growth is billed monthly with no minimum contract. Start, scale, or cancel as your volume changes.
How does tokenization storage pricing work after 3 months?
Storage pricing beyond the standard retention window depends on your volume and retention needs. Contact sales for exact figures on your account.
Can I use the same email address for the Sandbox and Starter/Growth accounts?
Yes. One signup at the portal gives you both your Sandbox and live environment, so you don’t need a second email for Starter or Growth.
